AARA SERVICES is a catering enterprise consisting of a team of trained resources with expertise in the service and catering industry, acquired while working for reputed hoteliers and restaurants.
The kitchen, stores and office are spread over a well-lit and ventilated area of 7200 sq. ft. of floor with a high ceiling. Our kitchen is located on three floors, the ground floor consisting of main kitchen providing safe and easy access from the loading bay to the transport vehicle. Loading time is therefore kept to a minimum. The store has the capacity and stock of provisions sufficient for about 50000 meals.
The kitchen walls are tiled to height of 6 ft. with the reminder painted with white enamel paints to enable regular maintenance.
Shatter proof LED lights are used all over kitchen area.Tubs and metal racks are used in our store to ensure dryness and prevent contamination of our provisions.
Regular fumigation exercises are conducted in order to ensure pest and rodent free kitchen area.
We use RO water for the preparation of food tested and certified by recognized agencies which can be used for eating and drinking. We have separate area for Grinding, Vegetable cutting, Bread making to maintain hyging, quality and faster production.
Your complete culinary satisfaction is our desire. To achieve this, we provide a varied cuisine to combat taste fatigues. We provide a combination of dishes from South Indian, North Indian, Bengali Cuisines and Chinese delicacies.
We grind our spices to ensure good taste, quality and no adulteration. Perishables like vegetables, milk and curd are purchased on daily basis from reputed suppliers like Nandini and Reliance Fresh.
We are associated with a fixed vendor who guarantees high quality of nutritious ingredients.
We always serve our food hot and use chafing dishes to maintain the food temperatures. We undertake periodic food festivals centered on regional cuisines. We provide breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner.
We undertake outdoor catering services for special events or get together like weddings, birthdays, office outings, club meetings etc. with a minimum of 50 covers for such events.
